We also offer private lessons for all levels, which can be completely tailored to suit your goals. Whether it’s a one-on-one session to boost your confidence, or a full-day family adventure with an instructor to guide you around the mountain, we’ve got you covered. It’s a brilliant way to learn, explore the resort, and get handy tips along the way to make skiing feel smoother and more fun.
This is for complete first-timers – those that have not even been on an indoor slope. Whether your child is nervous or excited we understand every child feels differently about their first ski lesson. Our team is made up of fully qualified, British ski instructors who are able to adapt to your child’s needs and create a fun, exciting and memorable first experience on skis.
Had a go a couple of times? Can manage a nursery slope whilst holding a snowplough? Maybe make a few snowplough turns? Sliders is designed for those children who have tried skiing a couple of times before but want to go that bit further. By the end of the week, we’ll have your children exploring some of the Portes Du Soleil peaking with a presentation and some cool prizes!
Explorers are group ski lessons designed for children to start moving around the mountain and exploring what is on offer. They can adventure over to neighbouring resorts, try the fun parks, race their friends and explore some easy routes through the trees. We have created a program that gives them just that but also teaches them how to be safe in the mountains and take that next step under the tuition and guidance of industry experts.
Exactly what it says on the tin! Our aim is to go on a different adventure each day. They will discover new and hidden runs working on techniques to conquer exciting challenges as they go. They will ski on blues and reds throughout the week, as well as discovering hidden gullies, forests’ and jumps! Skiers should be comfortable on blue runs, skiing mostly parallel, unless the conditions are tricky.
The academy is specifically designed for children that are looking for more than just a ski school. If they want to ski fast, try off piste, race their friends, learn some new tricks in the park and have an awesome time, we have created a program that gives them just that. It also teaches them how to be safe in the mountains and take that next step under the tuition and guidance of industry experts.

Returning for your second time? Been to an indoor slope once or twice?
This lesson is designed for people who have skied once or twice before, either in the mountains or on in an indoor or dry ski slope in the UK. It is aimed at people who are comfortable on the small nursery slopes and enjoy time on gentle blues in a snowplough.
Are you confident on greens and gentle blues? It is time to shake off the snowplough and learn how to control your speed parallel in more situations. We have a variety of courses for novice and intermediate skiers to help you tackle more of the mountain, build your confidence and improve your technique.
Our developing courses are aimed at those skiers who are comfortable on blue slopes and skiing parallel regularly until it gets tough. The aim for these lessons is to take what you do on the blue slopes on to reds. We’ll look at technical, tactical and psychological issues that crop up on the slightly steeper, more challenging slopes.
This course is all about maximising your performance on piste and using your equipment to its full potential. We will guide you to use efficient movement patterns enabling you to create more edge angle, increase your power, improve your balance and make your skiing silky smooth.
